1. Before installation, it is necessary to remove the anti-rust oil protective film on the processing working surface of all parts and components as well as the dust and dirt that fell during transportation.
2. Check each processing working surface and threads, and eliminate defects caused during transportation, loading and unloading.
3. The assembled parts should be carefully inspected. If it is found that some parts are damaged or lost during transportation and storage, the defective parts need to be repaired and the missing parts made up.
4. During installation, the contact (or connection) processing surface of the parts should be lubricated. Use dry oil for the fixed surface and thin oil for the movable surface.
5. Before installation, all grooves and pits on the foundation should be cleaned, and there should be no oil stains on the surface of the poured cement.
6. The friction surface should be protected during installation. Do not use cotton gauze or unclean oil to scrub. Places on the processing surface of parts that are prone to dirt should be covered with special protective plates and clean canvas.
